Kolter and Thalo Santana craft a slick, sample-heavy journey through
minimal and tech house on Who You Talking To?, packed with deep
grooves and clever edits. Kolter's title track channels late '80s
New York house with crisp drum machine programming and a sharp,
     stripped-back groove--perfect for late-night sets. 'Gangster Boogie'
injects a cinematic edge, weaving in classic gangster movie samples
over a deep, rolling bassline that flirts with techno energy. 'Wub
Riddim' leans into dub influences, offering a hypnotic blend of
minimal beats and spaced-out textures. Thalo Santana's 'Lost In
Emulation' rounds things out with a funky, groove-driven tech-house
workout, keeping the vibe deep yet playful. Smartly constructed and
brimming with personality, this EP delivers a refined yet energetic
take on modern minimal house, making it a go-to for DJs seeking
                   infectious rhythms and unexpected twists.
