Belgian DJ, producer PCP is back at Bonzai Progressive with the

fantastic Burning EP which follows hot on the heels of his last outing

here, Giving Up. Also known as Pieter Claeys, PCP remains a stalwart on

the electronic music scene. Since the 90's he has never let up on

churning out quality sounds and DJ sets. Always a pleasure having him

here and we hope to see more soon.

We begin with the title track, Burning, which lures us into a sublime,

groovy vibe thanks to that highly infectious bassline. Cool vocal shots

add a clubby vibe, enhancing the rhythms beautifully to keep the floors

moving. With Tension, PCP takes us on amore direct route to the deeper

side of progressive house thanks to a striking, dominant synth and

accompanying bass structure. Astral vibes creep in with quality FX and

atmospheric overlays. Behind The Scene closes the release with a

superbly energetic offering. Solid, tight beats lead the way as deep

bass drones shoe up the low end. Infectious arpeggios complete a well-

crafted piece that is not to be missed.
