We welcome PCP aka Pieter Claeys back to Bonzai Progressive with
his Apollo EP. A product of the 90's era, PCP remains a stalwart
on the electronic music scene having wowed the crowds at famous
Belgian clubs where he held residencies throughout the 2000's.
He holds legendary status at the famous Balmoral and continues
to put in the work at Rewritable Records & Studios. Great to see
him back once again.

The release begins with Apollo, which intros with a rhythmic
percussions layer and punchy kick drum. Deep, plucky basses come
through before bright synth notes start to mesmerize alongside
sweeping pads. The break reveals subtle voices and a cool spoken
vocal which is accented with emotive note changes. A smooth,
slow burner to keep the groove flowing nicely. Oxy finishes up
the release, following a similar course as its predecessor with
that deep, grooving ethos. The track moves beautifully, rolling
along with rhythmic pulses as hypnotic stabs and subtle voices
stack up. A purely mesmerizing ride with an infectious pull that
will not disappoint.
