             Open Records is proud to present Thick Of It, the incredible 
             first single from Australian artist Boy With Boat's debut album 
             Perspective.

             Hailing from Open's homebase of Brisbane, Will Olsen is one of 
             the country's most exciting new talents with releases on labels 
             like Recovery Collective, Ballroom, Interfonic, Mavic Music, LW 
             Recordings and of course, Open Records.

             Thick Of It is the first taste of Will's dynamic full-length 
             effort on Open, set for release later this year. Tried and 
             tested on mainstage dancefloors across Australia, it's a perfect 
             piece of festival progressive interwoven with Boy With Boat's 
             trademark dynamic, deep bass, melancholy melodics and driving 
             grooves.

             Melbourne innovator Tom Baker joins the label for the first time 
             on remix duties, stripping back the original to deliver a 
             storming bush techno cut that evokes the classic Open sound yet 
             drags it kicking and screaming into the modern era. 

             Australia's new man of the moment comes in hot from releases on 
             Recovery Collective, Stone Seed, Digital Structures and 
             Interfonic and we're absolutely stoked to see him join the 
             roster at Open with this excellent rework. Enjoy!
