Releasenotes:
Belgian music maestro Adriaan Baussens aka Manu Riga returns to Bonzai
Progressive with another superb slice in the form of the two tracker
'Riddles'. Manu Riga continues to wow his audience with inspiring
creativity and outstanding brilliance in the studio. He boasts an eye-
watering amount of original releases and remix works, covering several
styles which cater to a diverse range of listeners. There isn't anything
this can't do, everything he touches turns to gold which is proven over
many years with support from around the world. More recent times have seen
him get behind the decks where he brings his superior musical knowledge,
utilising it to select only the finest grooves for his sets. We've no
doubt that 2023 will be another bumper year for Manu Riga.

The release opens with the driving, murky grooves of the title track
'Riddles'. Steeped in low-end rumbles and punchy kicks, shuffling
percussions set the rhythms loose as techno-infused voices add a sinister
element. The track goes darker on the break, revealing a transformed vibe
with eerie melodics and sweeping modulations. Another fine slice from the
master. 'Alysm' concludes the release, opening with a solid, edgy groove
made up of chunky beats and rumbling basses. Shimmering percussions weave
rhythmic patterns as dystopian vibes emerge. Trancey synths mesmerize,
delivering a nostalgic feel to the groove while the darker elements
continue to dominate. Top-notch, not to be missed.
