             We welcome Moscow-based electronic music producer Ivan Novikov 
             to Bonzai Progressive with the superb debut slice titled 'Neon'. 
             At 30 years old, Ivan's musical journey began in a small town 
             near Moscow, eventually leading him to the vibrant heart of the 
             Russian capital. With over a decade of experience in music 
             production, Ivan's eclectic style spans across genres, though 
             his current passion lies in techno, melodic techno, and house. 
             Despite lacking formal musical training, Ivan's intuitive 
             approach to composition has yielded impressive results. By 
             profession, he's an IT specialist, but his true passion lies in 
             crafting sonic landscapes. While he prolifically creates music, 
             Ivan selectively releases tracks, prioritizing quality over 
             quantity. Great to have him on board.

             The Original Mix opens the release, introing with an atmospheric 
             vibe filled with muted kicks and intriguing notes. A gritty pad 
             sweeps across the spectrum as the kickdrum erupts into a solid, 
             punchy hit alongside crispy hats and haunting FX. Mesmerizing, 
             metallic synth lines combine before the break reveals a darker 
             side to the groove. Top-notch stuff. Sher M@n makes a welcome 
             return to BP with a solid remix. The seasoned Belgian artist 
             last appeared here in the spring of 2023 with his 'The Best EP' 
             which gained great support and we've no doubt this latest 
             offering will follow suit. On the remix here, Sher M@n delivers 
             an epic 10-minute journey deep into the progressive tech world. 
             The intro boasts thumping kicks, strong, gritty bass sweeps and 
             an array of intertwining FX that captivate the mind. A soft 
             melodic arp fades up to create a stark contrast in the groove. 
             On the break, we find a myriad of plucks and stabs that climax 
             with a snare roll and back to the main groove for the duration. 
             Superb stuff that will not disappoint.
