Keep Thinking starts 2021 off with a bang, introducing 
Manchester-based DJ and producer, Met Blue to our roster. 
Following his appearance on Keep Thinking: Mind, Body and Soul 
in 2020, Met Blue now provides a stellar EP titled Atop Th= 
Water, featuring remixes from Four Candles and Scott Stevenson.

Met Blue's original - recently featured in the closing scene of 
the Save Our Scene: World Headquarters documentary - is a 
sophisticated piece of work that is at once organic, deep, 
soothing, and melodic, yet founded upon a breakbeat and 
rave-influenced groove. Evolving pads and keys are complemented 
by undulating arpeggios and a vintage feel that leave the 
listener floating.

The Four Candles Remix retains the warehouse atmosphere of the 
original while introducing the modern, contemporary Progressive 
House sound that we've come to associated from Four Candles. 
This remix has received early support from Nick Muir.

Finally, Scott Stevenson - Keep Thinking's favourite downtempo 
maestro - returns once again to the label with an eerie and 
sinister beat-less interpretation. Harmonic dissonance, bending 
pitches and hints of acid define this genre-bending remix that 
takes Met Blue's original into another dimension.
